Shipping & Delivery

Both TVOne and Blackmagic Design (BMD) products are shipped directly from the distributor’s warehouse in Melbourne. Delivery is usually within 3-5 days although some products have to be imported and can take 10-15 days. While this is beyond our control we will do our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible and advise you if there is an unforeseen delay. Note that we only ship TVOne and BMD goods within Australia.

All Presenter software, including the Bible modules are provided in electronic form. Upon purchase, you will receive via email a registration code for Presenter which will unlock the version you have downloaded and installed from presentersoftware.com. Taking advantage of the free evaluation period before committing to a purchase is encouraged. Not only do you have the opportunity to see if Presenter is suitable for your needs, but you can also check whether features, such as a particular video format, will perform satisfactorily on your system. Bible module purchasers will receive an email with a download link and password. We do not issue box products or physical media for Presenter or Bible modules.

Returns & Replacements

For delivered goods (TVOne and BMD): If you receive any goods in a faulty condition please advise us as soon as possible. Faulty goods will be cheerfully exchanged. Exchanges for incorrectly ordered goods will be evaluated on a case by case basis as advised by the distributor and may incur a restocking fee. Do not open the product if you can avoid it. Do not return goods until we have provided a return authorization number.
For Presenter and Bible Modules: A full refund is possible provided a registration code has not been issued (or download instructions provided in the case of Bible modules). Please visit the returns policy on the Presenter web site for details.


You will have the choice of paying by credit card, cheque or EFT at the checkout page. Orders are processed when payment has been received. To avoid delays please advise if you have transferred funds electronically.
